💻 6. Website Creation Terms (for Collaborators)

Gyansaathi offers basic professional website creation services to collaborators and educational partners.

Conditions:

The website will be created using Google Sites or WordPress (based on availability).

Basic package includes 2–3 pages: Home, About, Contact.

Once the site is created and approved, full payment must be made.

Future maintenance or additional editing is chargeable separately.

Gyansaathi will not be liable for any misuse, legal claim, or content issue that arises from material (text/images) provided by the client.

💰 7. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments must be made to Gyansaathi via approved payment channels only.

Consultation fees are non-refundable after session completion.

Collaboration and business support fees are partially refundable only if Gyansaathi cancels the deal.

If a client or collaborator withdraws, quits, or violates agreed terms, no refund shall be issued.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Gyansaathi maintains transparency in all financial transactions, and all decisions regarding refunds are final and binding.
